I bought a few boxes of cheap crayons at the dollar store. and then my roommates and I bought the real Crayola stuff. Hoping to create something amazing to hang in out living room.
Peeled the cheap ones.

This was our tester, first-attempt:
A little tree from frustration.
We tried a few failed attempts using the iron, microwave and oven. Playing with how much wax and heat to use. Finally, I tried my own thing on paper and it just kept evolving..
It went from colorful..
(I used my middle finger to blend and smear the hot wax. and got a blister thang.
...(from colorful) to this thing that looks like a punk kid wearing studs and rings might've made.
But I mean, it's made of wax...it has to be pretty cool in some way.
I am hoping to do some more that are actually good.
