So, I finally got my throw away cameras developed from Ecuador.
You've GOT to love throw away quality!
Here's a few pictures
Playing at the river in Ecuador with Brittany
With Brittany and Lauren under the bridge at the river.
This was taken after I had a fall at the top and was tossed around the rapids! It was super freaky but fun too. I came out with a few cuts and bruises but it was insane!
I remember crossing the rocks and thinking it was probably safe to go back down and then swim across where it was safe but I love challenges. Anyways, I slipped and the current swept me away! In the middle of flopping from rock to rock I decided as long as I have my upper body I was fine so I beat up my legs and arms trying to save my organs! haha If I had to have my legs cut off it was okay, I already accepted that.
The day we were at the river we were supposed to be at the beach but there was a tsunami warning because Japan had an earthquake. Crazy to be in Ecuador when something like that happened in the world-because you feel so out of the world when you are in a different country working with children 24/7.
This is in a sandbar on the Napo River portion of the Amazon
My classic back flip
i'm surprised you caught that back flip with a throw away camera! it's semi in focus! impressive.
